Lazy Sunday

It is raining outside and we are still in our pyjamas, reading books and drinking mango smoothies. Smoothies is a great yummy way, for you and your children to get an injection of vitamins.

1 large mango diced and chilled

1 banana

1/2 cup of yogurt

1 cup of fresh  orange juice

6 ice cubes

Directions:

Blend the orange juice, yogurt and banana till well mixed. Then add the ice cubes and mango, continue blending till the mango is mixed in.
